Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to Haystack Origins, a service operated by Haversham Enterprises. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The service

Haystack Origins provides structured workflows for brainstorming, evaluating, launching, and growing ventures. Features, allowances, and availability may vary by plan and may change as the product develops. We may modify or discontinue a feature while taking reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disruption to active users.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to provide features you request. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit and use your content.

AI-assisted output

AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is provided as an aid to your own judgment, not as legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing output and verifying important facts before relying on or acting on it.

Acceptable use

You may not:

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

When paid enrollment opens, monthly and annual memberships will renew automatically unless renewal is canceled. You may cancel renewal at any time. Monthly access continues through the current paid monthly period. Annual access continues through the current paid annual period. Canceling does not create a prorated refund. Additional details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Refunds and trials

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. No automatic public trial is offered. A trial or promotional offer may be available through a valid code, and any special terms will be disclosed with that offer.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, unlawful or abusive activity, nonpayment, or a credible security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Ownership

The service, software, design, trademarks, and other materials supplied by us are owned by Haversham Enterprises or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Haversham Enterprises will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from the service.

Governing law and disputes

Utah law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. Any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Utah County, Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and give additional notice when required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent allowed by law.
