Refunds and cancellation

Effective August 20, 2026

Monthly memberships

When paid enrollment opens, monthly memberships will renew each month until renewal is canceled. You may cancel renewal at any time. After cancellation, access continues through the end of the monthly period already paid for and then ends unless another form of access applies.

Annual memberships

Annual memberships are purchased for a full annual term and renew annually until renewal is canceled. You may turn off annual renewal at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period already paid for. Access continues through that date.

Changing from monthly to annual

Eligible monthly members may change to annual billing when that option is available. The price and effective date will be shown before the change is confirmed.

Refund policy

Membership payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, except where required by law. This applies to both monthly and annual memberships.

Trials and promotional codes

Haystack Origins does not offer an automatic public trial. A limited trial or promotional offer may be made available through a valid code. Its duration, eligibility, conversion, and expiration terms will be disclosed with the offer.

App Store subscriptions

If you subscribe through Apple's App Store in the future, Apple will process the payment and manage cancellation and refund requests under Apple's applicable policies. Deleting a Haystack Origins account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

Billing questions or disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly at tylerwcondie@gmail.com with the account email and transaction details. We will investigate and respond as reasonably practicable. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
